The Seed Orange County Chapter is a tightly-knit community with strong ties to local schools. Partnering closely with the UC Irvine Masters Program, we have expanded our reach to other institutions such as Cal State Fullerton and Soka University. SeedOC comprises passionate volunteers dedicated to supporting local environmental nonprofits. We take pride in our innovation and dedication within this close-knit community.

Since 2022, we have maintained the tradition of Seeder award nominations to recognize outstanding volunteer contributions and provide personalized feedback to help Seeders grow. In Spring 2024, we organized the first post-pandemic in-person project leadership training program, ROOTS, at Deloitte's office in Costa Mesa. We introduced group interviews to streamline the recruitment process and enhance Seeders' interview experiences. Additionally, we hosted our first Pickleball Tournament to foster camaraderie among Seeders.
